The 2-Question Manager Check-In
Stop guessing if your Team "gets it" with this quick evidence-based rapid check-in

If you’re just here for the Google Form, then click here.
Have you ever wanted to run a quick survey to see how your team’s really doing — but got stuck wondering what to ask?
Maybe you’ve thought, “I guess I’ll just wait for the annual engagement survey.”
Or “I don’t want to waste people’s time with another bloated questionnaire.”
Good news: you don’t have to wait or overcomplicate it.
All you really need is two questions.
“I know what’s expected of me at work.” (Yes / Somewhat / No)
Fun fact: Gallup’s decades of research found this is the single most powerful question for predicting engagement.
To gain more clarity I need…” (Role Clarity / Goal Clarity / Both / Neither)
Why just these two questions? Because piles of research (Roles, Goals, A model, Nurses) show that when people know what they’re supposed to do, performance jumps — it can be that simple.
So instead of assuming people know, or waiting for a huge survey to rollout, do a rapid check-in now.
Keep it short, keep it useful, keep it going every quarter. And I’ve made it easy for you to make a copy of my pre-made Google Form.
